I'm a "Millenial...." Well, that explains a lot!

It is quite possible that at any one workplace, a company could employ four separate - and very different - generations that have different values, characteristics, styles and priorities into the workplace. Managers should take the time to learn about their employees' generation characteristics, what defines them, and what inspires and motivates them to do their best.
